Ian Adair, originally from Glasgow Scotland, lives in Oakville with his wife Avril. They have two children. His daughter graduated from the Univ. of Guelph, and currently lives in London, England. His son graduated from Niagara University, NY, having received a soccer scholarship. Ian's extensive playing, coaching and refereeing background has contributed to the philosophy he brings to this position: * Be passionate about the game and stay fit. * Work constantly on improving your skills. * Play vigorously with sportsmanlike conduct while striving to be the best you can be. * Show respect for your team-mates, your opponents, the officials, and the coaches. * Remember that it's not just about winning- soccer is about moulding character, team-building and leadership skills.
