Guelph Soccer will open registration for both 6v6 and 11v11 Coed Soccer on Monday, March 4, 2013 Hurry as there are limited spaces available....... Registering as a Team "Team Captain" completes a Player Registration Form AND a Team Roster. Team Captain makes full payment All other players on the roster must complete a Player Registration Form and fax or email it to the club. Remember to reference the Team Name on the form! Individual Player Registration Players should complete a Player Registration Form and make payment. They will then be assigned to a team by the club. Registration can be completed in the following ways: 1. Online via our registration system by clicking here 2. In person at our clubhouse (375 College Avenue West, Guelph) during office hours. 3. Via email by completing the Registration Form and Credit Card Payment Form, and emailing to admin@guelphsoccer.ca. 4.
