Sponsorship Opportunities

Guelph Soccer is a non-profit organization which, through it's soccer programs, nurtures a healthy and active lifestyle for our participants. One which we hope will be life-changing.

To facilitate as many boys and girls as possible taking part, and to keep our costs as low as possible, we look to corporate and community partners to support us.

With your help, we are able to offset registration fees, purchase uniforms and equipment, and offer a financial assistance program to those in need. Your help will enable us to grow our community programs, and continue to offer quality soccer programs up to and beyond our 50th year (in 2016!).

Guelph Soccer is a community based, volunteer driven organization, with a history of providing soccer programs in our community since 1966.

Since our inception, Guelph Soccer has continued to grow, and our projected total registration numbers of 6600 for 2009, make us the biggest sports organization in the city.

Guelph Soccer offers year round soccer playing opportunities to girls, boys, women and men of all ages, and all skill levels.

Our recreational soccer program provides playing opportunities for children as young as 4, all the way to adult.

Our Rep soccer program encompasses 26 youth teams from the age of 9 through to 18, as well as 5 adult teams.

Our skill development project, Centre of Excellence has been developed by our Technical Director, and is delivered to our players by members of our Technical staff. This program starts at 4 years old with our "Future Stars", and encompasses both recreational and competitive player sessions, as well as Team Centre of Excellence, for our youngest Rep teams.

Guelph Soccer is now focussed on becoming an intrinsic part of our community and we are presently developing our "Community Programs", with a focus of partnering with local organizations to bring value and community spirit to the City of Guelph. To date, we have developed an "Adapted Soccer" program for children with special needs, in conjunction with Kids Ability. We are also about to introduce our first "Kickz- Goals Thru Soccer" initiative, in partnership with Onward Willow and the Guelph Police Service- targetting disadvantaged children.

Our new approach to sponsorship offers much greater exposure for all our sponsors, while providing funding levels to fit all budgets.

Guelph Soccer would like to partner with an exclusive group of Platinum Levels sponsors.

We will restrict the number of Platinum sponsors to a maximum of 4, and will work closely with these sponsors to maximise the exposure of their brand and product.

Platinum level sponsors will receive the following:

1. Company logo on all print material (newsletters, registration brochures)

2. Logo visible on front page of club website (including weblink) for 12 months.

3. Company logo on staff, event volunteer and Summer Camp t-shirts

4. Opportunity to distribute product/coupon at one Guelph Soccer event.

5. Company banner situated inside Soccer Dome for 12 months.

Guelph Soccer welcomes sponsors to partner with us at GOLD level, and will restrict the number of Gold sponsors to a maximum of 4.

Gold level sponsors will receive the following:

1. Logo on all print materials (newsletters, registration brochures)

2. Logo visible on front page of website (no weblink) for 12 months.

3. Company logo on staff, event volunteer and Summer Camp t-shirts.

4. Opportunity to distribute product/coupon at one Guelph Soccer event.

5. Company baner situated inside Soccer Dome for 12 months.

Silver level sponsors will receive the following:

Bronze level sponsors will receive the following:

1. Company logo on Sponsor page of website.

2. Company logo on staff, event volunteer and Summer Camp t-shirts.

3. Company logo on soccer shirts for 10 teams.

Grassroots level sponsors will receive the following:

1. Company logo on House League team jersey.

2. Recognition in Sponsor Thank You newsletter.

Single House League team: $300

Multi House League teams (2+): $250 per team.
