Jr. Gryphons Adding Two Academy Teams

Guelph Soccer is delighted to announce an exciting expansion of our Jr. Gryphons Academy for the upcoming 2023/24 season. In the forthcoming season, we are introducing two new teams: Boys U14 and Girls U17. These new additions will join our already established Boys U16 and Girls U15 teams within the Jr. Gryphons Academy.

The Guelph Soccer Jr. Gryphons Academy is designed for the finest players from the region that is driven by a clear mission: to develop exceptional athletes who seek the opportunity to continue playing competitive soccer at the highest possible level within our current regional soccer landscape.

The Jr. Gryphons Academy prides itself on being a trailblazer in youth development, seeking out exceptional playing experiences and developing our athletes’ skills and talents to reach their full potential. The program is a testament to the unwavering commitment of coaches, players, families, and support staff who work tirelessly to create an environment that fosters growth, discipline, and excellence.

Under the guidance of experienced coaches and mentors, individual player development focuses on each player's technical abilities, tactical acumen, and mental resilience. Team practices are characterized by intense training sessions that focus on building solid fundamentals while encouraging creativity and personality on the field.

The primary goal of the team is to pave the way for every player's transition to the next level of their soccer journey. Beyond the technical aspect, the Jr. Gryphons Academy places significant emphasis on personal growth and character development. Players are instilled with values such as resilience, perseverance, and leadership, qualities that will serve them both on and off the field as they pursue their academic and athletic goals.

The team's achievements extend far beyond the playing field. The Jr. Gryphons Academy is not just a team but a symbol of dedication, commitment, and the belief that with passion and hard work, we can work towards turning dreams into actionable realities.
