League Overview
Keep the game going all year round with our Indoor Women’s League! Perfect for women of all skill levels, this program focuses on providing women with a safe, controlled, and competitive environment to play in throughout the indoor season.
Beyond the game, this league is about building community. It allows for opportunities to connect with like-minded females and further the women's game. Whether you're a seasoned player staying sharp in the off-season or new to the game and eager to learn, our Women’s Indoor League offers a great opportunity to build your skills, enjoy friendly competition, and connect with women who love to play.
Program Details
10 week program (8 weeks + 2 playoff weeks) running from October 4th to December 13th
All games will be played at the Gryphon Field House (55 East Ring Road)
Open to players 18+ (2008 or earlier)
One 50-minute game per week
Jersey and team ball included and provided on the first day
Rate: $180.00 per player; $1500.00 per team (max 14 players per team)
Please note that teams are not able to select their game start time. Game times may vary weekly depending on the schedule.
Game Format
5v5 game (2x25 minute halves)
All games will have a certified referee present. Please review our Indoor Women’s League Rules for more information.
Important Dates
Refund Request Deadline is September 4th
Registration Closes on September 25th
Schedules will be published in your PowerUp account the week of September 21st
Program Starts on October 4th
There is no session on October 11th
What to Bring
Shin guards (mandatory)
Indoor running shoes or cleats
Labelled water bottle
Additional Information
Jewelry is not permitted, in accordance with the FIFA Laws of the Game.
To help maintain a safe and focused environment, only participating players and referees are permitted on the playing surface during games. All spectators must stay on the outside of the field.
Individual and team spots may fill before the registration deadline. Placement is not guaranteed for players or teams on the waitlist.

We know that participating in sports can be challenging for moms. That’s why Guelph Soccer offers FREE onsite childcare to help reduce barriers and support players who need it. Childcare takes place on one third of the field, making it easy and convenient to bring your child(ren) along. Our trained staff keep kids engaged with fun games and activities right beside the field, so you're never far away. #MomsCanPlay!
She’s Got Game - She Can Coach
As part of our She's Got Game - She Can Coach project, women coaches-in-training may be actively involved in the league as well. These coaches receive free certifications, merchandise, and more — all part of our mission to increase female role models and visibility in the sport!
