Guelph Soccer Unveils 2026–2030 Strategic Plan

Guelph Soccer is proud to share its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, outlining a clear and ambitious vision for the next chapter of the Club’s growth and impact in the community.

As interest in soccer continues to grow in Guelph, so does our responsibility to provide meaningful, inclusive, and accessible opportunities for players of all ages and abilities. Over the past several years, Guelph Soccer has continued to evolve by strengthening programs, building leadership capacity, and deepening community connections. This new Strategic Plan positions the Club to confidently build on that momentum.

Developed over eight months with the support of a professional consulting firm, the plan reflects extensive input from players, families, coaches, volunteers, staff, community partners, and the Board of Directors. Their perspectives helped shape a shared vision grounded in belonging, excellence, and long-term sustainability.

Anchored by our refreshed Vision, Mission, and Values, the final plan is organized around three core pillars, providing a forward-looking, ambitious, and confident direction for Guelph Soccer’s future. This Strategic Plan is more than a roadmap; it is a commitment to our community. It will guide decision-making, help measure progress, and ensure accountability as we continue to grow the love of the game in Guelph, both on and off the field.
