Our Grassroots Development Program emphasizes the importance of building a strong technical foundation and fostering a lifelong love of the game. Players are introduced to key soccer skills in a fun, engaging, and development-focused environment.

U14-U18 (2013-2009)
The Rep Development Program represents our teams competing within the District League. These teams continue to focus on player development in a competitive environment, helping athletes refine their technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills while enjoying meaningful competition.
Rep Competitive Program
U16 (2011), U18 (2009)
The Rep Competitive Program includes our U16 and U18 teams competing in IModel. These teams train and compete in a highly competitive environment designed to challenge players and support continued growth as they progress through the club's pathway.
jr. gryphons Performance program
U14 (2013), U15 (2012), U17 (2010)
Our Jr. Gryphons Performance Program represents Guelph Soccer's highest level of club-based player development. Designed for select teams, the program provides enhanced training opportunities, increased contact time, enhanced strength and conditioning support, technical staff involvement, performance analysis, and additional resources that help prepare athletes for future opportunities within high-performance environments, including OPL, and post-secondary soccer.
Ontario premier league (OPL)
Guelph Soccer partners with Guelph United FC. to extends the player pathway within Guelph Soccer, offering our youth players, and those up to the U21 level, who aspire to compete in OPL with increased opportunities.
